Mechanical Engineering Intern

Shure is offering a summer internship program for undergraduate and graduate students, focusing on mechanical engineering in Niles, IL.

• Learn and use CAD software for documenting components
• Assist in establishing catalogs of standard mechanical parts
• Coordinate documentation and assist with Engineering Change Requests
• Investigate and resolve production deviations
• Design components using manufacturing processes
• Validate designs through analysis and testing

• Working towards a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with Mechanical CAD software
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
