Mechanical Engineer II

The role is for a Mechanical Engineer II at a fast-growing on-the-go drinkware company in America, focusing on delivering delightful products to the market with an emphasis on speed, innovation, and consumer satisfaction.

• Refine current product line and contribute insights to new product development
• Utilize Creo CAD software to take products from concept to production
• Design parts for function, appearance, manufacturability, and cost
• Conduct testing on prototypes and production products
• Produce complete document packages for design intent
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners for design refinements
• Coordinate prototypes and models with third-party partners

• 5+ years of experience in a related hard goods field
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• Proficiency in CAD modeling software, preferably PTC Creo or Fusion360
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of injection molding plastic parts
• Experience with overseas manufacturing
• Ability to work well in a team environment and embrace transparency
