Manufacturing Engineering Intern- Summer 2025

The position is a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Royal Truck Body in Carson, CA, for the Summer of 2025.

• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows
• Assist in the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure quality control
• Analyze production data for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing operations
• Participate in project planning and execution

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Basic project management or organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, adaptability to new challenges, and ability to manage multiple tasks
