Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects for continuous improvement of released instruments.
- Coordinate root cause investigations, corrective actions, and process enhancements with manufacturing teams.
- Analyze field data and implement corrective actions for instruments in the field.
- Identify and implement changes to improve products and reduce costs.
- Conduct reliability testing and oversee BOM maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Python, Arena, Oracle, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience in design and manufacturing of optical subsystems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
