Mechanical Engineering Intern

Auriga Space is seeking a mechanical engineering intern to assist in developing hardware prototypes for their electromagnetic space launch system.

• Assist in the development of hardware prototypes
• Design, build, and test hardware
• Work across engineering disciplines

• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for mechanical engineering
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Able to work on-site beginning in Q3 or Q4 of 2024
• Familiarity with 3D CAD software
• Understanding of design fundamentals
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
