Associate Electrical Engineer - Electronics Design

Mainspring is seeking an electronics engineer to work on the electrical control hardware systems for their Linear Generator technology in the consumer electronics sector.

• Design low-voltage electrical systems for the Linear Generator
• Validate and qualify electrical hardware designs
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in various environments
• Collaborate with reliability engineers to enhance hardware reliability
• Improve designs for manufacturability and testability
• Interface with high voltage systems
• Lead technical reviews for design approval

• 0 - 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware development
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience with PCBA schematic capture and/or PCB design
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Bonus points for experience in full hardware development life cycle, working at a startup, Altium PCBA Design Tools, project management skills, and programming knowledge in C, C++, and/or Python.
