Electrical Facility Engineer Intern

Merrick & Company is offering a paid summer internship for a college or graduate school Electrical or Architectural Engineering student at their Greenwood Village, CO, San Antonio, Texas, or Chamblee (Atlanta area), Georgia office for Summer 2025.

• Gain technical experience in the field of electrical engineering
• Work on facility electrical power, lighting, grounding, and more
• Collaborate with other disciplines, interface with clients and contractors
• Follow schedules and budget commitments
• Possess good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Meet attendance and punctuality expectations

• Knowledge of facility electrical and lighting design
• Enrolled in junior year or higher of undergraduate degree or in grad school
• Pursuing an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• U.S. Citizenship required for client projects
• Desired: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, lighting design software, power distribution design software
• Local candidates preferred
