Semiconductor Packaging Co-Op- Winter/Spring

Skyworks is seeking a Semiconductor Packaging Winter/Spring Co-Op to join their team in Irvine, CA for a 6-month internship.

• Prepare cross-section samples for DPA validation.
• Draft engineering build requests in the assembly facility.
• Generate assembly build reports.
• Execute NTI qualification DoE and analyze collected data.

• Pursuing BS or MS in relevant fields.
• Basic knowledge of IC packaging.
• Hands-on experience with optical microscope and SEM/EDX.
• Understanding of engineering documents and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.
