The role is part of the Manufacturing Engineering Development Program (MEDP) at GE Aerospace, focusing on providing hands-on experience, training, and mentorship in manufacturing technologies.

• Provide support to shop floor personnel for problem-solving and process improvements.
• Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing skills and interpret blueprints.
• Utilize design and analytical software to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop manufacturing planning, processes, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Collect and analyze data from manufacturing processes.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to identify waste and support decision-making.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop floor environment.
• Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
