Mechanical Engineer 4 - Hybrid

The Engineer IV, Mechanical Design works on mechanical assemblies for Omnicell’s Robotics and Automation existing product lines, investigating and resolving product, supply chain, and quality issues.

• Lead technical teams to develop design changes
• Evaluate complex problems and lead system design and analysis
• Execute FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
• Provide leadership at project level and mentor other engineers
• Travel to support customers and evaluate field issues
• Estimate, manage, and report time for tasks
• Develop quarterly goals

• Systems engineering best practices
• Advanced knowledge of medical technologies
• Experience with manufacturing techniques and project lead role
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Solidworks CAD software
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 8 years of experience
