Electrical & Controls Engineer

The position involves creating a strategic vision for automation, controls, and electrical safety programs within the company, focusing on plant equipment and systems.

• Develop and execute strategic vision for automation and control systems
• Manage capital projects and equipment installations
• Provide technical support to plant operations
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of control systems and equipment
• Identify and implement capital improvement project opportunities

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of controls experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of OSHA Standards for General Industry
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
