Senior Electrical Engineer

The role is for a Senior Electrical Engineer working in Denver, Colorado on a rotational basis.

• Develop and manage substation designs, project layouts, and transmission line designs.
• Identify new substation siting and review scope of work documents.
• Act as a project manager for multiple projects and provide technical expertise.
• Participate in equipment supplier selection and develop optimization tools.
• Attend site visits, identify value engineering opportunities, and perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PE preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with substation design.
• Leadership experience with teams.
• Proficiency in ETAP, SKM, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
