Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

The role is for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at Swanson Rink, specializing in providing Control Systems Engineering services for various engineered systems, particularly in Aviation and Mission Critical facilities.

• Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical System Engineers to develop control strategies and sequences of operation.
• Select control system components and network architecture.
• Prepare control system diagrams and specifications.
• Review contractor's submittals and respond to RFIs.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate in system startup and commissioning.
• Prepare construction observation and punch list reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam or willingness to pass within the first 60 days.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or willingness to become licensed.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• Ability to pass background checks, security screenings, or drug testing.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
