Industrial Engineer - Continuous Improvement

The role is for an Industrial Engineer focusing on continuous improvement in process and scheduling within FreshDirect's Operations.

• Utilize data analytics and modeling for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement scheduling algorithms for distribution optimization.
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures and support improvement initiatives.
• Lead change processes and resolve concerns related to processes and systems.
• Design and implement efficient solutions for capacity, productivity, quality, and service.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including cost justification and go-live support.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• 2+ years’ experience in data analysis and SQL.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and lead individuals.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for various audiences.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
