Mechanical Engineer Co-Op (January 2025)

The position is for a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op at Schneider Electric's Andover, MA facility within the Secure Power Division under the "APC" Brand.

• Work with a product development team to create power protection solutions
• Assist in all phases of product development
• Learn and apply knowledge of part design, manufacturing, and assembly processes
• Support design verification testing and production requirements
• Interact with suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in material documentation and component drawings
• Support change order tasks

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience with 3D modeling and Product Data Management
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing and Sustainability
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Local to Andover, MA
