Mechanical Engineer (May 2025 Start Date - New Graduate)

IMEG Corp. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Graduate- Designer 1 to work in their New York, NY office.

• Assist in the design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and gather project requirements
• Support project execution and assist in project planning
• Analyze engineering tasks and propose innovative solutions
• Participate in quality control processes and stay up to date with industry trends
• Prioritize safety in engineering work and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of design techniques, thermodynamics, and industry standard engineering software
• Strong technical and analytical skills in mechanical systems design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of BIM software
