Responsibilities
- Utilize data analytics and root cause analysis to enhance reliability of automation equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver complex solutions
- Lead process improvement events and implement preventative maintenance standards
- Develop automated reporting for equipment uptime and failures
- Drive effective teamwork and communication across multiple groups
- Provide guidance on equipment maintenance and issue troubleshooting
- Travel up to 50% to various facilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical STEM or Engineering discipline
- 3+ years' experience in reliability engineering with specialization in robotics
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Coding experience in Python, SQL, or R
- Experience in industrial/robotics maintenance
- Ability to travel globally
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
