• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in quality tools like CAPA and MRB
• Knowledge of ISO standards and FDA regulations
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with ERP systems like ADMS, Oracle, or SAP
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
