RFIC Design Intern

The role is an internship opportunity at Skyworks focused on developing advanced RF front-end modules in the field of technology.

• Working with experienced engineers on RFIC for Multi-chip modules
• Designing RF switches, low noise amplifiers, couplers, etc.
• Running simulations using design tools like Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, etc.
• Participating in design reviews and presenting findings
• Conducting lab testing with RF test equipment
• Troubleshooting and resolving design or technical issues
• Collaborating with other engineers and technicians

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) MS or PhD program
• Commitment to working on-site for 3 months
• Strong desire to learn and grow in RF/microwave engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Office and design tools like Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE
• Hands-on experience in the lab using RF instruments
• Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with others
