Mechanical Engineer - Thermal R&D

The position is for motivated thermal engineers to develop cutting-edge products for military, governmental, and commercial customers, focusing on thermal management systems for various applications.

• Develop and design thermal management systems for specific customer needs
• Lead projects from conception to production, including research, testing, and design
• Utilize advanced techniques such as microchannel cooling and additive manufacturing
• Write proposals for new ideas, perform analytical calculations and computational simulations
• Interact directly with customers and drive product innovation

• Hands-on laboratory test experience
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics
• Experience with data acquisition systems and CFD/FEA modeling
• GPA not less than 3.3 for all degrees
• Problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
