Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for product design and process improvements
- Analyze and address manufacturing discrepancies
- Create and manage manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and specifications
- Collaborate with various departments for timely product delivery
- Lead projects for component technologies and quality improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 1+ years of industry experience or relevant internships
- Experience with CNC machinery, CAM programming, GD&T, and CAD
- Proficiency in tooling design and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and project management skills
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
