RF/Analog Design/Mixed-Signal Engineering Internship – Summer 2025

The role is an Internship at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. for the U.S. 2024 summer intern class, focusing on RF/Analog Design or Mixed Signal projects.

• Pushing the boundaries of existing technology
• Establishing new standards for the future
• Working on projects related to 5G/6G mmWave, RF System Design, and more

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. program in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
• Availability for 11-14 weeks during Summer 2025
• Strong academic or professional experience in RF/Analog Design or Mixed-Signal
• Programming experience in Perl, MATLAB, Cadence, HFSS, and other relevant tools
• Ability to work on projects related to RFIC/Analog IC Design, linear systems, digital pre-distortion, and more
• Familiarity with RTL coding, lint checks, CDC checks, and other related tasks
