RTW Product Developer

The role is for an RTW Product Developer at Fleur du Mal, a luxury lingerie and ready-to-wear brand, where the focus is on supporting the RTW development process and bridging development and production for each season's pass off.

• Support Senior Designer with launching protos and samples
• Communicate with vendors and factories
• Attend key milestones and fittings
• Maintain BOMs throughout the development process
• Partner with Design, Tech, and Production for pricing tech-packs
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and sense of urgency
• 3-4 years of experience in RTW product development
• Proficiency in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel
• Technical capability and strong product knowledge of apparel construction and production
