Automation/Electrical Engineer

Seeking an Automation/Electrical Engineer to work on challenging projects including product development, design, and manufacturing automation.

• Conceptualize, design, and build automated assembly and manufacturing equipment
• Program PLC's and HMI's
• Select appropriate sensors and actuators
• Integrate motion systems like SCARA robots and servo motors
• Utilize hands-on experience in a modern machine shop to build prototypes
• Take projects from concept phase to delivery of production hardware
• Provide innovative solutions with minimal direction

• BSc. degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Portfolio of prior projects
• Knowledge of LABVIEW is a plus
• Ability to take initiative and engineer effective solutions
• Strong desire to "make things happen"
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
