Electrical Engineer, R&D

The role is for a Full-Time Senior Electrical Engineer at Saronic Technologies, focusing on developing state-of-the-art electrical solutions for autonomous vessels in the defense industry.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product reliability and process control.
• Support new product development by prototyping and managing production transition.
• Resolve manufacturing discrepancies and participate in design reviews.
• Source and advise vendors, identify technical problems, and prioritize issues for the vessel.
• Challenge requirements for value and complexity reduction in designs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering principles and circuit analysis.
• Experience in designing electrical systems for complex projects.
