Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design for the DC Fast Charger Dispenser
- Design and document external electrical interfaces
- Maintain BOM and source components
- Hands-on design and validation of prototype hardware
- Develop and manage suppliers
- Ensure design maturity through characterizations
- Work cross functionally with Software and Firmware teams
Job Requirements
- BS or equivalent in electrical engineering
- >3 years of experience in Hardware design
- Proficiency in schematic design tools, PCB layout, and simulation tools
- Experience with protocols including SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, Ethernet, and PLC
- Working knowledge of High Voltage systems and Power Electronics
- Proficiency with test and measurement tools
- Occasional domestic and international travel required
