Mechanical Engineering Intern

The internship at HEKA involves providing mechanical engineering support for new product development activities and existing projects.

• Provide mechanical engineering support for new product development
• Translate requirements into mechanical specification and test plan
• Execute verification testing
• Conduct design analysis and testing
• Participate in multiple phases of the Design and Development process
• Work on various tasks and systems at HEKA

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills with a curious mind for discovery
• U.S. Citizenship
• Nice to have: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field, CAD or analysis tools exposure, programming language knowledge, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket, active or inactive SECRET clearance
