Responsibilities
- Define and drive KPI attainment for structures team
- Execute product development schedule and ensure milestone achievement
- Collaborate with technical experts and suppliers to meet deliverables
- Monitor project processes for efficiency improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams for successful project execution
- Refine structures design validation plan and support FAA certification planning
- Intermittent travel expected
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Aerospace
- 10+ years of aerospace structural design experience with 4+ years in leadership
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong collaborative and business partnership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
