Research & Development Leadership Development Program (RDLDP)- 2025 Summer Internship

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting Summer 2025 Interns in their Research & Development Leadership Development Program (RDLDP) across various U.S. locations, focusing on healthcare innovation and technology.

• Work in a fast-paced corporate environment supporting various specialized teams.
• Learn about anatomy, disease states, surgical procedures, and product development.
• Assist in design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of new products.
• Utilize solid modeling for product design and tolerance analyses.
• Present learnings and development experience to leadership.

• Enrolled in an Engineering Graduate Program graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026.
• Preferred engineering disciplines/specialties include Mechanical, Robotics, Electrical, and more.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 required.
• Validated leadership experience and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proactive, with the ability to relocate across the U.S.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
