Responsibilities
- Improve designs for manufacturability and assembly
- Develop new manufacturing processes and train the clean room team
- Direct the design and fabrication of custom tooling
- Analyze new equipment and provide business justification for acquisition
- Plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow
- Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and costs
- Evaluate products based on specifications and quality standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Solid working knowledge of the subject matter
- Experience in manufacturing complex PCBAs and electronic sub-assemblies
- Knowledge of quality control tools and processes
- Ability to handle moderately complex issues under general supervision
- Experience with failure investigation and corrective action implementation
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
