Systems Engineer

Omron Robotics and Safety Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Systems Engineer to join their team in Pleasanton, CA.

• Enable systems engineering process throughout product development lifecycle
• Lead technical collaboration with stakeholders
• Define technical requirements and contribute to new product architecture
• Develop and implement automated test systems for robotics hardware and software
• Manage technical risks and escalate/resolve issues with urgency

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in testing robotics or complex hardware/software systems
• Strong sense of ownership and customer focus
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Proficient in C++ or C# programming, Python scripting, and other software skills
• Ability to travel occasionally and work at customer sites
