The Systems Engineer at Hill Physicians Medical Group is responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure under the leadership of the Senior IT Infrastructure Manager.
Responsibilities
- Make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards for infrastructure projects.
- Setup, monitor, maintain, patch, and decommission all systems and network equipment.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software.
- Ensure stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Security Engineering Team for vulnerability remediation.
- Provide Tier-3 escalation engineer support.
- Handle technical escalations from various support teams.
Job Requirements
- Advanced experience in Active Directory, Azure Citrix VDI, and Azure Virtual Machines.
- Strong scripting and PowerShell skills.
- Troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, network, VMware, and Azure Citrix VDI.
- Excellent analytical, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years of systems administration/engineering experience.
- Experience in disaster recovery planning, high-availability, backup, recovery, and continuity solutions.
- Healthcare and technology services experience preferred.
