Electrical Engineer - MEP Systems

The position is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in MEP Systems at SOCOTEC, focusing on the design of electrical systems in NYC buildings.

• Work under the supervision of Senior engineers
• Perform Site visits and Inspections
• Review drawings, specifications and project submittals
• Develop commissioning plans including functional performance test scripts under guidance of Senior Engineers
• Documentation of various commissioning-related activities

• 4-7 years of experience
• BS in engineering, electrical or mechanical
• Strong background in the design of electrical systems in buildings
• Experience with fire alarm systems
• Interest in learning the application of commissioning and inspections related to mechanical systems
