Internship Program: Operations Management

The role is a 12-week paid internship at Eaton, focusing on practical manufacturing and operations experiences, leadership development, and mentorship opportunities.

• Engage in projects with tangible significance for the business
• Receive guidance and mentorship from Eaton's leaders
• Develop leadership attributes through training, networking, and coaching
• Explore roles in areas such as Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain
• Develop a wide range of leadership and functional responsibilities within operations
• Participate in the full-time, rotational Operations Management Development Program upon graduation
• Showcase success stories in a formal presentation at the end of the internship

• Actively enrolled in an engineering bachelor's or master's degree program
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Geographical flexibility for relocation within the U.S.
• Interest in pursuing a career as a leader in operations
• Ability to travel up to 10% within a local region
• Completion of sophomore year by the start of the internship
