Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer

The role involves providing design engineering on Honeywell’s Momentum Control product lines at the Glendale Space Division, focusing on Reaction Wheel Assemblies products.

• Manage and coordinate the mechanical technical team
• Support design and development processes
• Conduct design reviews and risk management
• Interact with customers and management
• Support proposal efforts for new business
• Travel up to 10% within the US

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in momentum control for space applications
• Strong design and analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and software programs like MATLAB, NX, and Nastran
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• US Citizenship required
