Teradyne is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to work on cost-down initiatives within the Semiconductor Test Division.
Responsibilities
- Generate specifications, details, BOMs, and assemblies
- Conceptualize, select, and present technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to mechanical design staff
- Administer small to medium projects
- Travel to suppliers or engineering sites worldwide
Job Requirements
- Ability to generate mechanical designs and documentation
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling tools
- Knowledge of drafting and design standards
- Experience with Compliance/Regulatory design requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with finite element analysis
- BS or MS in mechanical engineering with 2-3+ years of experience
