Mechanical Engineer (Entry or Senior)

The role involves working at ASM, a global supplier in the semiconductor industry, focusing on creating cutting-edge solutions for semiconductor providers through innovative technology.

• Apply engineering principles to create designs for semiconductor systems and products
• Perform engineering calculations for structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics issues
• Create and revise CAD models and detail drawings
• Prepare product/system designs and related engineering documentation
• Manage project duties including report generation and design reviews
• Assist in establishing product configurations and structures
• Support projects with technical staff and manufacturing groups
• Evaluate change requests and complete engineering change orders

• BS or MS, or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, design, and development of mechanical systems
• Semiconductor capital equipment experience required
• Knowledge of relevant standards, materials, and software applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines
• Attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures
