Electrical Engineer

The position is for a senior-level role in the Consumer Electronics department, focusing on test systems and hardware requirements.

• Plan, develop, and implement test systems for new product introductions
• Support and improve test systems in the factory
• Drive quality through root cause countermeasures
• Implement lean manufacturing practices
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and redesigns
• Specify hardware requirements for test systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O and communication boards

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
• 2+ years of related engineering experience
• Understanding of continuous improvement
• Peer mentorship experience
• Ability to handle high pressures and prioritize workload
• Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, MATLAB, PostgreSQL, Linux, C++
