Manufacturing Process Engineer

The role is for entry-level engineers to improve machinery and process systems in manufacturing and physical distribution centers.

• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
• Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects
• Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites
• Creating learning programs and coaching and training technicians
• Creating and improving standards for production line performance
• Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment

• BS/MS degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical preferred)
• Willingness to travel occasionally and relocate during the career
• <2 years of relevant work experience
• Problem-solving, collaboration, communication, time management, and analytical skills
