Senior Electrical Engineer - Weather Radar (Onsite)

The position is for a Senior Electrical Engineer in the CNS Weather Radar department at Collins Aerospace in Melbourne, FL, focusing on supporting global Weather Radar products for the Air Transport and Business and Regional Aircraft Markets.

• Design and analyze analog and RF circuits
• Characterize analog and RF signals
• Design and analyze digital circuits
• Provide technical guidance for PCB layout
• Develop requirements and test procedures for radar developments
• Perform validation and verification activities
• Review and maintain awareness of obsolete parts

• Degree in STEM field with 5 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience
• Experience in designing and analyzing analog and RF circuits
• Familiarity with RTCA DO-254 standards, environmental testing, and radar standards
