Field Engineer - TIC Industrial

The position is for a Field Engineer in the Industrial market to support construction projects around the country.

• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision
• Perform quantity calculations and determine percentage of completed/installed materials and work
• Assist in field surveying, work layout support, and compiling as-built data
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox meetings, and safety training
• Order and schedule material deliveries
• Supervise field operations
• Perform material takeoffs, engineering calculations, and technical drafting to support field operations

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in construction field
• Experience with self-perform construction and overseeing craft/subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality aspects of construction
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for safety and strong work ethic
