Electrical Test Engineer

The role is for an Electrical Test Engineer at Meta's Reality Labs Research (RL-R) to lead test for RL-R products/prototypes, focusing on electrical systems/subsystems for virtual, augmented, and mixed reality experiences.

• Design and develop test solutions for HW validation of RL-R products.
• Write tooling in Python and other languages for interacting with devices under test.
• Develop capabilities for analyzing test data and system level performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive test automation infrastructure development.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing test infrastructure.
• Develop tools for software builds deployment, test execution, and data analysis.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in component/system level testing and software test tool development.
• Proficiency in Python and project management skills.
• Experience with test equipment, measurement techniques, and version control.
• Ability to apply statistical concepts to analyze test data.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, system architecture analysis, and CI pipelines is preferred.
