Hardware Engineer, Power

Meta is looking for a passionate Electrical Engineer to join their Power Systems team, responsible for designing rack power solutions for their fast-growing infrastructure.

• Specify, design, and develop power delivery and DC-DC power conversion solutions in hardware systems
• Lead the bring-up and validation of power subsystem for efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Support hyper-scale deployment and gather insights for next generation design
• Collaborate with open source hardware community for innovation in large scale infrastructure
• Contribute to the end-to-end DC-DC power delivery technology roadmap

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience with validation and design of DC-DC voltage regulators, hot-swap circuitry, and PDN design
• Proficiency in analyzing and resolving power delivery related hardware issues
• Familiarity with schematic and PCB CAD programs
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred with 7+ years of industry experience
• Experience with end-to-end power delivery network design, simulation, and board level correlation
• Knowledge of power management interfaces and NPI hardware design cycle
