Refining Engineer 1 - Mechanical Engineer

Marathon Petroleum Corp. (MPC) is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer for their refinery projects in Findlay, Ohio.

• Provide technical support for day-to-day plant operations.
• Work in a team environment to address mechanical codes and specifications.
• Organize and manage refinery projects from conception to completion.
• Support maintenance department through equipment reliability improvements.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and optimize maintenance programs.
• Research and implement new technology for refinery goals.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in mechanical codes and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Military experience is a plus.
