Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 6+ years of mechanical design experience
- Experience with machine design, pneumatics, sealing, etc.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (Solidworks)
- Ability to guide technicians through prototyping and testing
- People management experience preferred
- Physical ability for various tasks such as operating machinery and lifting loads
