Engineer, Manufacturing

The role is for a Manufacturing Engineer at Abbott in Westford, MA, with a focus on working in a cleanroom environment on the manufacturing floor.

• Support manufacturing line with equipment troubleshooting
• Investigate line issues
• Documentation
• Conduct DOE's for process improvement
• Support equipment technicians
• Collaborate with another Mechanical Engineer
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical)
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a regulated environment like Medical Device
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to work 2nd shift from 3 pm to 2 am Monday thru Thursday
• Familiarity with CAPA processes is a plus
• Strong manufacturing experience and understanding of ISO standards
• Willingness to commit long-term to the role
