Manufacturing Engineer (Senior to Staff )

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to new product development and enhance manufacturing processes for their linear generator startup.

• Collaborate with design engineers on new product development
• Utilize industry-standard tools for risk identification and process optimization
• Support prototyping efforts and generate manufacturing documentation
• Plan layout for future factory design initiatives
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams on manufacturing and test processes
• Assess sustainability of fabrication technology for part design

• BS/MS in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Hands-on experience in new product introduction and manufacturing process optimization
• Proficient in Solidworks for CAD design
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to travel internationally up to 15%
