Electrical Reliability Engineer (Falcon)

The role is for an Electrical Reliability Engineer at SpaceX, focusing on Avionics Hardware reliability to support the mission of enabling human life on Mars.

• Partner with core electrical design engineering and avionics manufacturing teams to improve product reliability
• Conduct PCBA test failure investigations and root cause analysis
• Drive improvements in designs and processes to enhance manufacturability
• Monitor product yield rate and initiate corrective actions
• Challenge requirements for high reliability at the system level

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
• Experience with digital or mixed-signal designs and manufacturing
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for electrical hardware failures
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and offsite as needed
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Knowledge of quality tools and process controls
• Programming experience in Python/SQL/PowerBI
