Mechanical Integration & Test Engineer (Starshield)

SpaceX is seeking a Mechanical Integration & Test Engineer to work on the Starshield project, focusing on ensuring the success of satellite missions.

• Manage integration build flow and test operations
• Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration
• Interface with engineers and technicians for manufacturing optimization
• Develop manufacturing assembly procedures
• Enable day-to-day execution of vehicle integration and test flow
• Evaluate non-conformances and drive system improvements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years of design and/or manufacturing experience
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or other programming language
• Familiarity with integration and testing of various systems
• Documentation and configuration management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and critical thinking
