Manufacturing Engineer (Starship Components)

The role is for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Starship Components Manufacturing team at SpaceX, responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting flow control devices and mechanisms for Starship/Super Heavy.

• Design state-of-the-art flow control devices and mechanisms
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for manufacturability
• Implement and conduct component level testing
• Ensure zero workmanship defects and increase factory scrutiny

• Bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering
• 1+ years of mechanical design/manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in fluid dynamics, mechanics, and electrical circuits
• Experience with fluid and electromechanical components
• Ability to travel and work long hours as needed
